The issues are placed and administered by the respective Central Bank. These three countries have acceptable investment grade rating from international rating agencies.  These investments are denominated in currencies of the respective countries and our observation is that the yields in Dollar terms are quite attractive.    These treasury bills/bonds are in constant demand from local banks as well as some European banks.
